  This is the last newsletter before the Union Budget 2009-10 which is to be announced on next Monday, the 6th July 2009. While we shall be covering the budget highlights in the next issue which will be a budget special, there are certain issues in GST which need to be address by the Government before a road map is finalized. We are also of the view that GST should not be levied in a haste and the country should be given adequate time for understanding it and its smooth implementation.
